"After a ten year stint in the LA music business, Max started painting live on stage with local bands.  It was not long before he was painting at events in the streets, music venues, and galleries throughout Los Angeles.  This led to painting in live shows across India and Europe.  Throughout his career, he has painted in a myriad of locations, from the heights of a 747 flying over Mumbai, to the depths of the catacombs beneath Paris.

Today, Max lives in his hometown of Santa Fe NM, and leads the Experience Design team at Meow Wolf.  He has contributed to all four Meow Wolf exhibitions, and continues to enthusiastically participate in building the Meow Wolf story universe."
