Refill, & refuel with the Active Root 150ml soft flask, the perfect container for your Active Root Gel Mix or Sports Drink.
Add either:
- Gel Mix: add 2-3 full scoop (25g per scoop)
- Sports Drink: 1/3 of a scoop (11.5g)
- ElectroLite: 1 full ElectroLite scoop (9g)
Then fill the rest of the flask with water and shake for 30 seconds!
